Position Overview:

Infopro Digital is seeking a dedicated Contributor Relations Manager to enhance our suite of data and benchmarking solutions, which is a pivotal area of focus for our organization.

In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the financial services industry, particularly senior risk managers from banks, investment firms, and market infrastructure entities. Your contributions will help shape the products and services we offer to these essential contributors and subscribers.

This position integrates elements of research, networking, product management, and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain relationships with essential stakeholders in the financial services sector, focusing on senior risk managers at leading banks and investment firms;
  • Identify and engage potential new contributors to broaden our network;
  • Enhance our content offerings by proactively identifying new opportunities and product enhancements that align with Infopro Digital's editorial goals;
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including developers, designers, and marketing professionals;
  • Gather and verify data for benchmarking products, addressing inquiries from subscribers and prospective clients;
  • Stay informed about industry trends and the evolving information needs of various financial services organizations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a role involving research or product management is preferred;
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Strong understanding of the financial services landscape;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment;
  • Familiarity with online survey tools and knowledge of AI technologies for data management is advantageous;
  • Proficiency in Excel is a plus.
