About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fintech Partnership Manager to join our team at Backbase. As a key member of our Marketplace team, you will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships that drive growth and innovation in the fintech space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnerships with leading fintech companies to drive growth and innovation in the Backbase Ecosystem.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key partners, including senior leadership and multiple stakeholders.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partnership success and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, partnership management, or a related field, with a focus on fintech, payments, and/or banking.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships that drive revenue growth and innovation.
  • Strong understanding of fintech trends, technologies, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
