Business Development Manager Opportunity

First Call Contract Services

Excellent Basic Package + Uncapped OTE to £100k

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at First Call Contract Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our temporary and permanent recruitment services to local and regional businesses.

Your duties will include:

  • Promoting our recruitment services to businesses via face-to-face meetings and presentations
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
  • Managing a daily, weekly and monthly sales pipeline and diary
  • Attending regular service meetings with current clients

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the recruitment industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to present recruitment solutions to various levels of management within organisations
  • Strong negotiation skills
