Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Customer Success: Ensure clients derive maximum value from our products and services.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Successful performance in this role will open opportunities for career progression, including the chance to take on more challenging roles such as managing bigger enterprise accounts and being the first escalation point to other CSMs in the Team.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record in customer success or client relationship management. Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools is a must. A Bachelor's degree is preferable but not essential depending on experience.
