The Customer Success Team at Rapid7 is a dynamic and collaborative group of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in managing complex relationships with our customers and driving business growth through strategic account planning and execution.
About the Role
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive success plans that align with each customer's unique goals and objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and expansion, while also ensuring that our customers achieve their desired outcomes and recognize the value of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth and expansion
- Manage complex customer relationships and build strong, multi-level relationships with key stakeholders
- Develop and implement comprehensive success plans that align with each customer's unique goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and expansion
- Ensure that our customers achieve their desired outcomes and recognize the value of our solutions
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success Management
- Experience working in cybersecurity or other technical space is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight) and other customer success tools
