Job Title: Commercial Account Handler

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our team at PIB Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clear guidance and explanations to clients
  • Offer a friendly and helpful service, displaying a passion for customer service
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets
  • Process mid-term adjustments and cancellations on existing policies
  • Collect payments for amendments or missed direct debit payments
  • Solve customer queries throughout the life of their policy
  • Provide assistance on a surge basis to our Breakdown Claims Advisors
  • Quoting and closing new business enquiries
  • Building and maintaining long-standing client relationships
  • Retaining existing clients at renewal
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to empathise and successfully deal with difficult customers
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • PC literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
