Position Overview:

We are pleased to present an opportunity for a Breakdown Customer Care/Sales and Renewals Handler who will deliver a high standard of service to our clientele. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service while managing daily administrative tasks with precision and efficiency, adhering to established timelines.

This is a part-time position, requiring availability on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 9 am to 5:30 pm, with the possibility of hybrid work arrangements following the training period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide knowledgeable advice to clients, ensuring clear communication and guidance.
  • Deliver a friendly and supportive service, showcasing a genuine passion for customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure.
  • Adapt to new business processes and procedures, recommending necessary actions as needed.
  • Handle mid-term adjustments and cancellations for existing policies.
  • Collect payments for policy amendments or missed direct debit transactions.
  • Address customer inquiries throughout the duration of their policy.
  • Exhibit strong communication, organizational skills, thoroughness, and time management to efficiently manage daily workloads.
  • Assist Breakdown Claims Advisors during peak times by responding to calls and coordinating appropriate service levels.
  • Provide training and mentorship as required.
  • Quote and finalize new business inquiries.
  • Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships.
  • Retain existing clients during renewal periods.
  • Identify opportunities to promote additional products that may meet customer needs.
  • Work towards achieving individual performance targets.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service abilities, including empathy and conflict resolution.
  • Capability to perform under pressure.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Proficient in PC usage, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
