Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Process mid-term adjustments and cancellations on existing policies, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Collect payments for amendments or missed direct debit payments, maintaining accurate records and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Solve customer queries throughout the life of their policy, demonstrating a high level of communication, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Provide training and coaching to colleagues when required, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive business growth.
  • Quoting and closing new business enquiries, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Building and maintaining long-standing client relationships, ensuring customer loyalty and retention.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services, which may suit a particular customer's needs.
  • Working towards individual targets, contributing to the overall success of the team and the business.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to empathise and successfully deal with difficult customers.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • PC literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
