About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Breakdown Customer Care and Sales Specialist to join our team at PIB Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Process mid-term adjustments and cancellations on existing policies, ensuring seamless customer experience.
- Collect payments for amendments or missed direct debit payments, maintaining accurate records and resolving any issues promptly.
- Solve customer queries throughout the life of their policy, demonstrating a high level of communication, organisation, and time management skills.
- Provide training and coaching to colleagues when required, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive business growth.
- Quoting and closing new business enquiries, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Building and maintaining long-standing client relationships, ensuring customer loyalty and retention.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services, which may suit a particular customer's needs.
- Working towards individual targets, contributing to the overall success of the team and the business.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to empathise and successfully deal with difficult customers.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and support.
- Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- PC literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
