The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Breakdown Customer Care and Sales Renewals Handler to join our team at PIB Group. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to new processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear guidance and explanations to clients
  • Offer a friendly and helpful service, displaying a passion for customer service
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets
  • Process mid-term adjustments and cancellations on existing policies
  • Collect payments for amendments or missed direct debit payments
  • Solve customer queries throughout the life of their policy
  • Demonstrate high levels of communication, organisation, thoroughness, and time management
  • Provide assistance on a surge basis to our Breakdown Claims Advisors
  • Quoting and closing new business enquiries
  • Building and maintaining long-standing client relationships
  • Retaining existing clients at renewal
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products

Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to empathise and successfully deal with difficult customers
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to new processes and procedures
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • PC literate, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
