Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Account Services Professional to join our team in Preston. In this role, you will provide professional advice and service to clients, effectively manage policy events, and secure competitive cover. Your responsibilities will include providing quality service to clients, covering details of their insurance arrangements, reviewing and actioning policy and client information, proactively working with colleagues to identify and maximise opportunities for growth, and placing commercial lines business within approved markets.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 GCSEs, Grades A-C including English and Maths, as well as experience of General Commercial classes of business. You should be computer literate with good experience of using MS Office Suite and operational use of Acturis ensuring updates are made accurately to data quality standards. Additionally, you will need to ensure clients are appraised of updates regarding political, regulatory and market changes. Our estimated annual salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
