Front of House Manager Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Manager Assistant to join our team at Meliá White House. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for assisting the Front of House Manager in the induction and training of new staff, encouraging the selling of the hotel and its facilities, and acting as a liaison between various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Front of House Manager in the induction and training of new staff within the department.
  • Encourage the selling of the hotel and facilities, being aware of all in-house promotions.
  • Act as a liaison between Reception, Housekeeping, Reservations, Guest Services, and Credit Control, ensuring accurate communication and follow-up.
  • Attend the Morning Meeting in the absence of the Front of House Manager and other meetings as requested.
  • Verify the departure list daily to ensure any queries are addressed via Reception and Housekeeping.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Guest Experience in Hotel.
  • Other languages an asset.
