Job Title: Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the MENA region, aligned with our company's overall goals and objectives.
    • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and provide valuable insights to our leadership team.
    • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team across multiple MENA locations, ensuring alignment with our global sales vision.
  • Revenue Generation:
    • Drive sales activities within the region to achieve revenue goals and market share objectives, reporting regularly to our leadership team.
    • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics in the MENA region, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with our leadership team on corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with our leadership team to optimise the sales cycle, leveraging best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to implement effective sales processes and methodologies specific to the region.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners in the region, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
    • Resolve escalated client issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Market Expansion:
    • Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and business development within the MENA region, aligning efforts with our global sales expansion strategy.
    • Collaborate with our leadership team, marketing, and product teams to launch effective sales campaigns and promotions tailored to the MENA market.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends specific to the MENA region.
    • Utilise data and analytics to make informed decisions, providing valuable inputs to our global sales strategy.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles with a focus on the MENA market.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
