About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to join our team at Autoserve Ltd. As a Field Sales Professional, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our industry-leading products to new business clients in the Yorkshire region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell our products, including Guaranteed Maintenance, Service Plans, and Fleet Management, to new business clients.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Consistently meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive sales growth and career progression.
  • Utilize the support of our telesales team to set up meetings with potential clients and focus on closing deals.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales within the vehicle maintenance or automotive sector.
  • A full, clean UK driving license is essential.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to thrive in a remote, field-based role.
  • Flexibility to travel to the head office once a month.
