Job Summary

The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing personnel, inventory, sales, and customer service. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including regulatory requirements
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement plans to improve customer service and sales performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in retail management or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Physical Requirements

The Executive Director will be required to:

  • Move frequently throughout the store, including standing, walking, and climbing stairs
  • Manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights, including product and packaging
  • Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds
  • Lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
  • Ascend and descend stairs and ladders
Work Schedule

The Executive Director will be required to work a minimum of 45 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The schedule may vary depending on the needs of the store.
