About the Role

NHSHumber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) is seeking an exceptional Executive Director of Finance and Investment to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring the long-term sustainability of our services.

Key Responsibilities

As our Executive Director of Finance and Investment, you will be responsible for leading our financial planning and strategy, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to deliver our ambitious plans. You will work closely with our colleagues across the system to ensure that our financial strategies align with the needs of our population and the strategies of our partner organisations.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled finance leader who can bring a track record of leading transformational change in a complex and politically charged environment. You will have excellent partnership working skills, with the ability to operate at board level and build strong relationships with stakeholders. You will also have a strong understanding of health economics and the ability to provide financial leadership and mentorship at a senior level.
