You'll work closely with our Fulfilment team, Sales team, and Product team to ensure a seamless and professional customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Sales team to strengthen relationships with existing and new clients
  • Use customer interaction to improve our CRM and enhance the customer experience

Requirements
  • Experience in customer service within a commercial environment, ideally in the travel or hospitality sector
