Customer Service Coordinator

We are looking for a customer service coordinator for our rapidly expanding Financial Services business. This fantastic opportunity is permanent and will be based in our modern offices in Glasgow city centre.
ZLX specialise in providing senior experienced personnel in the fields of engineering and finance to collate information and data to provide expert reports that will combine to generate high end qualification to HMRC for engineering related tax credits. The focus on experience within the business allows ZLX to comfortably provide customers with superior knowledge that enables the business to analyse risk and make informed decisions. The ZLX environment provides the customer with the enviable situation of engineers and accountants working in harmony to create meaningful business solutions.
You will develop career-long skills within this fast-paced dynamic business environment working alongside a collaborative and driven team. Your role will be to take charge of phoning clients and accountants to ensure we have their accounts, keeping manual databases and updating our CRM system up to date with high volumes of data. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, where getting it right first time is a prerequisite. In addition, a software or IT degree discipline, will be advantageous.
**Responsibilities**:
- Reviewing accounts information, filing and passing to finance team for approval
- Making sure documents are approved in a timely manner in line with processes and if not then following up
- Sending documents via DocuSign to be electronically signed by clients
- Monitoring the customer service inbox and answering any queries
- Collating information and manually creating reports upon request
- Uploading data/Managing CRM system & liaising with CRM developers to build CRM system
- Carrying out AML checks on all directors/clients
- Keeping an in real-time note for each claim
- Other ad-hoc tasks requested by management etc.
**What we are looking for**:
- Experience dealing with accountants
- Excellent telephone manner
- An ability to communicate with an exceptional positive attitude
- IT illiterate using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc) and a variety of computer systems including CRM systems
- The drive and resilience required to support and win in a fast-paced Customer Service environment
- The personal gravitas required to establish credibility with colleagues and customers
- Self motivated & hard working
