**What you’ll be involved in**:
In this role you will be the interface between our suppliers, end users and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of both voice and data connections, using a variety of communication methods while ensuring customers finds it easy to do business with Gamma.
You are expected to work closely with the relevant internal and external departments to drive progress and provide a quality service with timely updates to customers, you will be a skilled communicator with the ability to adapt your approach on a case-by-case basis.
The role will include provisioning and management of a range of products offered in the direct space such as, but not limited to, ethernet, broadband, WLR, and VOIP services such as Inbound and SIP. The role provides a fantastic opportunity to gain knowledge of the wider direct sector of Gamma.
**About You**
- You will be a driven and motivated individual with a passion for customer service and an interest in coordinating large scale provisioning projects for some very high-profile clients.
- You will have excellent IT Skills, especially MS Excel. As well as a familiarity with general Customer Service handling & CRM systems.
- You’ll have an outgoing and welcoming personality, able to adapt to differing customer groups at ease.
- You’ll take pride in providing a first-class customer experience at all times
- You’ll ideally have a sound technical understanding with an interest in the wider IT/Telecoms world.
**Educational qualification**: Educated to a tertiary level with minimum grades/ Highers or a Degree level qualification will be desired.
