About the Role
Wates is seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for providing visible leadership, insight, direction, and foresight in the safe and profitable delivery of schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, control, and ensure delivery against project budgets, including profit, preliminaries, and procurements.
- Implement detailed programmes and schedules to accurately monitor and report progress.
- Secure and manage the appropriate resources to deliver projects effectively and efficiently.
- Implement and manage the development of project quality plans, trade quality plans, and defect rectification procedures.
- Ensure a successful and smooth handover of projects, including support to customers/end users throughout the handover process.
