Job Title: Lead Salesforce Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Salesforce Consultant to join our team at The People Network. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering projects and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects across the full project lifecycle, overseeing more junior team members on deliveries.
  • Conduct discovery, conduct gap analysis on requirements, write up user stories and process mapping.
  • Hands-on configuration and build, including out-of-the-box functionality and technical development such as Lightning Web Components, Aura, and integration.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, produce status reports, manage risk and issues, and manage project budgets.

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience and strong client-facing communication, relationship building, and influencing skills.
  • Strong blend of techno-functional experience and Salesforce certifications.
  • Flexibility to travel to our office in London (and occasionally Surrey) and ability to work remotely.

What We Offer:

An initial 6-month PAYE contract with a competitive pay rate of £500-£550/day.
