**About the Role**

At NetRoadshow, we're seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Event Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile, managed corporate events to major organizations and financial institutions across the globe.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support global investment banks and corporates by delivering exceptional event experiences, providing an efficient, friendly, and professional service.
  • Work closely with clients to organize and execute high-profile events, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.
  • Assess client requirements and make recommendations on event formats, visual elements, and analytical reports.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and involved parties, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of any issues.
  • Professionally operate audio and web conferences, making announcements, introducing speakers, and managing Q&A sessions.
