**About the Role**

As a Meetings & Events Executive at Leonardo Royal Hotel Southampton Grand Harbour, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all Meetings & Events customer enquiries are dealt with efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement proposals for all Meetings & Events enquiries in line with customer requests
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase enquiries and business opportunities
  • Work closely with operational teams across the hotel to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Collaborate with clients to gather feedback and improve services
  • Produce contracts and issue invoices to customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
