About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Meetings and Events team. As a Meetings and Events Team Member, you'll be responsible for setting up, refreshing, and clearing rooms to the highest standards, ensuring that our guests have a first-class experience with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests and clients
  • Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless event execution
  • Set up, refresh, and clear rooms to the highest standards
  • Assist with event coordination and logistics
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth guest experience
