About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Meetings & Events Team Member to join our vibrant team at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Southampton Grand Harbour. As a key member of our M&E department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that all events are executed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to event organizers and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with the events team to coordinate and execute events, including setup, refreshments, and clearance.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure that all events are executed to the highest standard.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote the hotel's event spaces and services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in hospitality and events.
