About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Gov Facility Services Ltd (GFSL), a leading provider of facilities management services. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality facilities services across a wide range of services, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain facilities services, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Lead and motivate a team of facilities staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing costs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address facilities-related issues, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of facilities management strategies, aligning with company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, with a track record of delivering high-quality services.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
  • Good health and safety knowledge, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
