Job Summary

We are recruiting for talented individuals to join our restaurant team. As a Restaurant Team Member, you will be part of a dynamic team that works together to create unforgettable, seamless experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of our restaurant behind the scenes by assisting with polishing and planning Mise en place.
  • Learn from and share knowledge with your colleagues, both within your team and on the larger Estate - ensuring you understand the Newt and its ethos.
  • Be able to thrive within a team environment and pro-actively think ahead.

Showcasing the best of high-end, contemporary British food, The Botanical Rooms offers a luxurious experience for our diners. All dishes are created using produce from the estate and our local suppliers, served in our beautiful 60 cover restaurant.
