About Our Reception Hosts

Our Reception Hosts serve as the initial and final point of contact for our members, assisting and directing them to ensure they maximize their visit. Responsibilities may include greeting and processing visitors at the entrance, providing suggestions for their day, arranging assistance for accessibility needs, or checking restaurant availability. As this role is active, we require our hosts to be comfortable staying on their feet throughout their shift and to possess prior experience in high-quality customer service roles along with excellent communication skills.
