**Hotel Night Host**

**40 hours per week over 4 days**

**£13 per hour plus tronc and fantastic benefits**

We're on the search for a couple of experienced Night Receptionists to join our team, host our guests and ensure our hotel is safe and secure.

**Your role**
- Our Night Receptionists are self-motivated, have high attention to detail and can offer our guests a confident and personable service - ensuring all their needs are looked after during the night. As this role also includes the safety and security of our hotel, the adherence of our SOPs and company policy are crucial, as well as previous Night Receptionist/Duty Manager experience.
- Your key responsibilities include:

- Hosting our guests
- Payment handling
- Feedback handling
- Duty Management
- Teamwork skills, problem solving skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, MICROS and Opera PMS will be beneficial.

**Where you'll be working - Our Hotels**

Split between our two hotels, Hadspen House and The Farmyard, our reception team's main responsibility is hosting and honouring our guests throughout their stay with us. Our receptionists are always on hand to offer expert guidance on the Estate and anticipate guest needs before they arise.
