Assistant Operations Manager

Location: Various sites

Compensation: Competitive annual salary

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, as needed.

We are in search of a motivated Deputy Manager to enhance our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Food and Service Management
• Ensure that client expectations regarding food quality and service are consistently met in accordance with the Vacherin standards.
• Communicate service standards to all staff to guarantee high-quality service delivery.
• Regularly assess the quality of food and service, providing constructive feedback to the culinary and service teams.
• Suggest innovative ideas to the General Manager to enhance food offerings and service.

Client Relationship Management
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Serve as the primary contact for client feedback and concerns in the absence of the General Manager.
• Actively solicit customer feedback to refine service offerings.

Team Leadership and Development
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards as outlined in the Vacherin manual.
• Provide daily performance management for Front of House staff.
• Facilitate training and onboarding for new staff to align service with client expectations.
• Report on staff attendance and performance to the General Manager.

Sales and Business Development
• Collaborate with the General Manager to optimize sales performance.
• Represent the site in relevant meetings.
