Operations Assistant Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at Pan Pacific London Hotel Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager with the day-to-day operations of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager with the overall management of the hotel, including overseeing the front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Be the main point of contact in the General Manager's absence, ensuring seamless communication with staff and guests.
- Oversee the management of our inventory, including stock levels and ordering, to ensure optimal profitability.
- Assist with payroll and roster management, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Work closely with the General Manager and Purchasing team to maintain our EPOS system and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
