About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our People Team at The Hospice Charity Partnership. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide a comprehensive generalist HR advisory service, with a focus on resourcing and employee relations activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and provide support on health and sickness casework, including family-friendly policy administration and advice.
  • Manage an Employee Relations caseload, advising and supporting managers in dealing with disciplinary, capability, and grievance issues.
  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, advertising, and supporting interview arrangements.
  • Work collaboratively to ensure policies, procedures, and other guidelines are kept up to date.
Requirements
  • You will have a good standard of general education and hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification or have relevant experience and underpinning theoretical knowledge.
  • You have experience in a generalist HR role, covering the full employee lifecycle, and of dealing with Employee Relations casework.
  • You will have a good working knowledge of employment law and best practice.
  • You will be an excellent communicator and be able to build effective relationships across the organization.
