Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts and HR Co-ordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, as well as managing HR-related tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our sales team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
  • HR Management: Manage HR-related tasks and projects, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, including sales team members and management.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative and HR-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or HR role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
