Conversions Technical Sales Engineer

Are you a skilled technical professional looking to leverage your expertise in sales? We're seeking a dynamic Conversions Technical Sales Engineer to join our team at Kenect Professional on a full-time, permanent basis.

About the Role

As the bridge between innovative solutions and client requirements, you'll play a pivotal role in turning inquiries into successful container conversion projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Generating your own leads and dealing with Conversion enquiries via various channels
  • Building strong relationships with the Sales Support team and customers
  • Utilising and updating our CRM system
  • Providing support for the Sales department regarding Conversion type enquiries
  • Maximising profitable sales and following each enquiry to its conclusion
  • Managing and coordinating the Conversion pipeline to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish
  • Sharing knowledge and providing support regarding basic conversion work to the Sales team
  • Carrying out any other duties if capable, as requested, e.g. supporting other staff positions either day to day or in holiday/absence situations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree or equivalent in Engineering (desirable)
  • An Engineering or B2B background (essential)
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline
  • Confidence in all Microsoft packages
  • Previous experience using CRM systems
  • Sales, Business, and Marketing knowledge/skills
