About the CompanyOur client is a world-renowned filter manufacturer with a strong presence in the UK and Ireland. They offer a wide range of high-performance hydraulic filters and complete filters for various industries.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular visits and communication
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and lead generation
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to customers
- Negotiate prices and terms with customers while ensuring profitability
- Participate in trade fairs and industry events to promote our brand and products
- Record and report on sales progress and customer interactions
- Higher technical or commercial education
- Initial successful experience in the filtration industry, preferably with a hydraulic filter manufacturer
- Excellent technical skills and knowledge of the UK and Ireland markets
- Strong sales and customer relationship skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals
- Autonomy, organization, and ability to work with new technologies
- Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel frequently throughout the UK and Ireland

This is a permanent contract with a Head Office based in Shropshire and frequent travel throughout the UK and Ireland for customer visits.
