About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Commercial to join our team at Plum Fintech. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our commercial strategy and growth across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and expansion across Europe.
  • Lead the development of pricing strategies for our savings and investment products, ensuring alignment with our business goals and market trends.
  • Oversee the scaling of our operations in France and Greece, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and success in these key markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Finance, and Marketing, to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives.
  • Take a data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging market research and analysis to inform commercial strategies.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, responsible for driving commercial growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in owning and growing PnL of key B2C products, with a strong understanding of commercial and pricing strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of pricing economic fundamentals and methodologies, with the ability to build scenarios for pricing sensitivity.
  • Experience in international expansion projects, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Impact-driven and self-starter mindset, with a passion for driving growth and innovation.
