We are seeking a Retail Operations Manager Trainee to join our dynamic retail team, providing essential support across various locations.

Position Overview:
This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail outlets, focusing on:
  • Driving revenue and meeting sales objectives
  • Delivering exceptional customer service aligned with our organizational standards
  • Leading and nurturing a team of staff and volunteers
  • Acting as a deputy for Store Managers when required
  • Managing inventory and stock levels effectively
  • Implementing visual merchandising strategies
  • Overseeing the recruitment and training processes for staff and volunteers

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who possess:
  • Proven experience in retail
  • Strong commercial insight
  • Experience in team leadership and development
  • A track record of achieving sales goals
  • A commitment to maintaining high retail standards
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on ethical practices
  • Outstanding customer service abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

This position requires flexibility to travel to various locations as needed. A valid UK driving license is essential.
