About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Scheduling Coordinator at Agilent. As a key member of our service operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient scheduling of our service engineers' on-site visits for repairs, maintenance, and installations across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently schedule service engineers' on-site visits to meet contractual response times and customer needs.
  • Optimize the productivity of our service engineers while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prioritize service calls, manage critical issues, and communicate service status to customers.
  • Collaborate with the service manager, sales, and sales management to ensure efficient scheduling.

Requirements

  • First experience in an administrative, scheduling, or customer-oriented position.
  • Full proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • SAP/CRM knowledge is an advantage.
