Role Summary:
We are in search of a Customer Success Associate to guarantee an exceptional experience for our clientele. The ideal candidate will adeptly manage and resolve customer inquiries, cultivate strong relationships with clients, and possess a deep understanding of our technology and mission. Key Duties:
- Overseeing and addressing customer support inquiries with professionalism and diligence
- Taking full responsibility for the complete support process – from initial contact to resolution
- Maintaining meticulous records on Salesforce
- Engaging through all customer support channels – Phone, Email, Live chat
- Supporting and nurturing key relationships with other departments within the organization
