Job Title: Strategic Proposal Manager

As a Strategic Proposal Manager at Aztec, you will play a crucial role in driving successful bid submissions and securing strategic opportunities for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the qualification process for each opportunity, ensuring thorough relationship mapping and action planning.
  • Develop and maintain proposal content repositories, supporting the development of self-serve proposal documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality proposals, aligning with client requirements and showcasing Aztec's strengths.
  • Conduct post-bid analysis to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement, using data-driven insights to enhance future bid strategies.
  • Support and develop junior team members in bid management tools and techniques.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in coordinating and winning complex bids.
  • Project and bid management skills, with demonstrated success in project management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Ability to coach, develop, and motivate direct and indirect teams to drive success.
