About the Role

Bridgewater Resources UK is seeking a highly motivated and sales-focused Graduate Sales & Business Management Trainee to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with our customers and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn about key areas of the business, including our product range, which includes electrical solutions, automation, and security systems.
  • Complete a comprehensive sales training program to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a sales career.
  • Build strong relationships with and deliver excellent customer service to new and existing business-to-business clients.
  • Manage current sales accounts, identify opportunities for growth, and maximize profitability.
  • Progress through various sales-based roles and work towards management positions within the company.
