Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: Assist in meeting annual budgetary goals for customer accounts and support the growth of existing business.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong connections with clients, helping to customize product assortments and promotions to suit their requirements.
  • Financial Oversight: Support in managing and reducing customer aged/disputed debts to enhance cash flow.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Work alongside internal teams and negotiate with clients to secure competitive pricing and profit margins.
  • Project Assistance: Aid in meeting deadlines for promotional materials and sales tools, and represent the company at industry meetings, events, and seminars.

What We're Seeking:

  • Minimum GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent qualifications.
  • Strong numerical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Good commercial insight and effective negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and a proactive, self-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Training & Development:

  • Comprehensive training will be provided, including Health & Safety, Good Distribution Practice (GDP), and Data Protection standards.
  • Benefit from mentorship by experienced Sales Managers and regular feedback sessions to facilitate your growth.
  • Opportunities to participate in relevant industry seminars and workshops.

Career Advancement:

  • Successful completion of the apprenticeship may lead to a Junior Sales Manager role, with potential for further progression within the Sales Team.

Work Schedule:

  • This is a full-time apprenticeship with standard working hours, offering some flexibility to accommodate study commitments.
