Bridgewater Resources UK is seeking a highly motivated and sales-focused Graduate Sales & Business Management Trainee to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with our customers and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Learn about key areas of the business, including our product range, which includes electrical solutions, automation, and security systems.
- Complete a comprehensive sales training program to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a sales career.
- Build strong relationships with and deliver excellent customer service to new and existing business-to-business clients.
- Manage current sales accounts, identify opportunities for growth, and maximize profitability.
- Progress through various sales-based roles and work towards management positions within the company.
- A competitive starting salary of £27,500 - £29,000.
- A lucrative uncapped bonus scheme.
