Your ideal qualifications will encompass:

Experience in fast-paced, renowned dining establishments.

A true enthusiasm for both the hospitality sector and the world of wines.

Solid understanding of wines and global trends, with WSET certification being highly preferred.

Excellent communication abilities and the confidence to suggest wines to our guests.

Knowledge of food and wine pairings, along with other beverages (beers, cocktails, and spirits).

Responsibility and sound judgment when serving alcoholic beverages.

Attributes of a collaborative team player, ready to assist colleagues.

Experience in inventory management and order placements.

Being part of the Burger & Lobster team means:
