Job Description: Service Desk Analyst (English + French)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to our clients via phone, email, and chat.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and efficient technical support to end users.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, networks, and applications.
  • Document all incidents and resolutions in our ticketing system.
  • Prioritize and manage incoming support requests.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles, particularly Incident Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting common technical issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
