Job Description: Service Desk Analyst (English + French)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to our clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and efficient technical support to end users.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, networks, and applications.
- Document all incidents and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Prioritize and manage incoming support requests.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians as needed.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles, particularly Incident Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting common technical issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
