Role Overview

  • Assist in the execution of administrative responsibilities within the PURE team, effectively utilizing various Microsoft applications.
  • Observe Intervention Workers and their interactions with participants through diverse communication channels to aid in re-engagement with the project and to collect compliant evidence for achieving project outcomes.
  • Aid in the oversight of participant records, tracking progress, and collaborating with the team to establish structures, processes, and routines that document outcomes, evidence, and valuable data for both internal use and external partnerships.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, agencies, and service users to deliver a cohesive service that supports individuals in accessing employment, education, or training opportunities.
  • Provide support in reception tasks, including responding to phone inquiries, welcoming visitors, and managing deliveries.
  • Assist the Quality and Compliance Administrator in generating meeting minutes and reports for both internal and external stakeholders. Offer administrative support to the quality and performance administrator as required.
  • Shadow Team Supervisors to manage referrals and PURE inquiries, and assist in coordinating events and job fairs.

Candidate Profile

The PURE Project is supported by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF). The PURE team is dedicated to assisting vulnerable individuals in Birmingham in accessing training, education, or employment. Our clientele often face housing instability and possess complex needs. The interventions we implement aim to eliminate barriers to employment and help our participants enhance their confidence, skills, and ultimately achieve financial independence and self-sufficiency.

  • Trident Housing, which delivers landlord services related to housing management and maintenance.
