About the Role:

The successful applicant will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting a team of volunteers to enhance the delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and train a team of volunteers to support our community sexual health services.
  • Coordinate volunteering activities to support the delivery of our services.
  • Work closely with the Sexual Health Services Manager to ensure the effective management of volunteers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase volunteer engagement and retention.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in volunteer management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £30,845 per annum (pro-rata) for 18.5 hours per week.
  • Up to 5% matched pension contributions.
  • 25 days' annual leave per annum (pro-rata) plus bank holidays.
  • A permanent contract.
