**Service Overview**

Our Edinburgh Visiting Housing Support Service provides housing support to individuals who are at risk of becoming homeless, who are homeless, or who have recently experienced homelessness, to move to or keep settled accommodation and gain independent living skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide administrative support to the team to ensure the smooth operation of the service.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including service users, staff, and external partners.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

**About Us**

Turning Point Scotland is a leading provider of services to individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness across Scotland. We deliver support to around 2000 individuals on any given day, 4500 per year.

**Our Values**

We believe that in many cases, homelessness is entirely preventable. Where homelessness is not or cannot be prevented, the experience should be brief and non-recurring. We provide support to individuals who are:

  • At risk of homelessness;
  • Homeless;
  • Recently experienced homelessness.
