Role Overview: As a vital member of the Medical Education Directorate administrative team, you will play a key role in the daily operations that support medical education initiatives. Collaborating closely with the Education Coordinator, Associate Director of Medical Education, and the Medical Education Service Manager, your contributions will be essential in facilitating educational programs for trainers, doctors in training, and undergraduate medical students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to enhance the onboarding and training processes for doctors in training.
  • Manage room bookings, catering, and equipment orders as necessary, ensuring that facilities are well-maintained and adequately supplied.
  • Demonstrate initiative and prioritize tasks effectively with minimal supervision.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess an SVQ in Office Administration or equivalent administrative experience. A proven ability to thrive in a diverse administrative role with specific responsibilities is essential.

Skills Required: You will need to exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and strong organizational capabilities, enabling you to interact confidently with clinical staff and external stakeholders. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.
