About the Role

We're seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our Central Services Team within our Property Maintenance Division. As a key member of our team, you'll provide administrative support and call handling to ensure the effective delivery of our repairs service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the effective running of our responsive repairs service.
  • Maintaining in-house systems and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Supporting the scheduling team and providing general office administration services for the wider property maintenance team.
  • Working effectively with key business areas, including PMD, customer service centre, contractors, managers, operatives, and internal/external clients and customers.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience working in a volume administration role with a commitment to delivering first-class customer experiences.
  • Experience working in a busy office environment and previous experience of administration.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to effectively organize your own workload and maintain a high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent telephone and IT skills, with a sound understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • A positive 'can-do' attitude and the ability to demonstrate a 'solution-focused' working style.
