Role Overview: Join our dedicated Medical Education Directorate team as an Administration Assistant, where you will play a crucial role in the daily operations that support medical education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Education Coordinator, Associate Director of Medical Education, and Medical Education Service Manager.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training processes for medical trainees, ensuring smooth operations within educational facilities.
  • Manage room allocations, order necessary catering and equipment, and maintain the upkeep of educational centers.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess an SVQ in Office Administration or equivalent administrative experience. You should demonstrate the ability to thrive in a diverse administrative environment with specific duties.

Skills Required: A proactive approach to prioritizing tasks with minimal supervision is essential. You should be a collaborative team member with strong interpersonal skills and excellent organizational capabilities, able to engage confidently with clinical staff and external partners.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required. We seek a detail-oriented individual with a flexible mindset and a friendly demeanor to become an integral part of our team.
